David W. Doering

Education: Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, NE. and a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, Fullerton, CA.
Background: Before working at the Fulton County Conflict Defender, Mr. Doering was in private criminal defense practice, taking court-appointed cases in the superior, state, and juvenile courts of Fulton County. He was also a volunteer attorney for the Georgia Indigent Defense Council, Felony Trial Division. Mr. Doering has been a staff attorney at the Fulton County Conflict Defender since its inception, and currently practices before Judges Downs and Baxter. In the past he has also practiced before Judges Bayneum, Dempsey, Long, Manis, Shoob, and Westmoreland.
